Role Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for processing applications and conducting due diligence checks for candidates applying to become Representatives of the company. The role demands adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with outstanding accuracy and meeting strict turnaround times (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing applications from prospective Representatives.
  • Performing required due diligence checks and preparing documentation related to Fit and Proper Certification under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF).
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as Agency Leaders, Candidates, Vendors, and Verifiers to complete due diligence procedures.
  • Maintaining timely, accurate records, documentation, and reports.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with SOPs and meeting turnaround times with precision.
  • Proposing and identifying opportunities to automate processes, enhance digital workflows, or improve systems to reduce manual efforts.
  • Carrying out additional ad hoc duties as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Management or related disciplines.
  • Relevant prior work experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with mail merge, spreadsheet function management, and basic data analysis skills will be valuable.
