Role Overview
We are in search of a Recruitment Assistant to join a recruitment agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This role involves identifying potential candidates through various job portals, assessing their suitability, preparing CVs for submission, promoting openings on social networks, and actively headhunting qualified prospects.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates from diverse job boards and platforms.
- Conduct screening to identify suitable talent.
- Prepare and format CVs to meet submission standards.
- Advertise job vacancies through social media channels.
- Headhunt and approach prospective candidates proactively.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Have between one and two years of experience as a recruitment assistant or sales assistant.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities, including proficient phone skills.
- Demonstrated capability in social media networking and marketing.
- Self-driven and motivated to perform independently.
- Must have a functional home-based office with reliable internet connectivity.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required.
Additional Information
The position is fully remote, requiring constant availability to work from home. The compensation includes a basic salary along with incentive components.
