About the Role
Adecco is seeking two proactive and client-oriented Recruiters to facilitate the expansion and success of a client based in North York, near the intersection of highways 404 and 401, with complimentary parking available. This position entails managing the entire recruitment cycle for a high volume of certified and customer support personnel throughout Ontario and New Brunswick. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, extending job offers, onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
Details:
- Compensation ranges between $23 and $25 per hour
- Work location: North York, ON (Consumers Road vicinity)
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Employment type: Full-time temporary position initially for one month, with the possibility to extend

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of recruitment including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Create and maintain job postings across various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking channels, and referral systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria
- Adhere to employment laws, organizational policies, and recruitment best practices
- Keep precise records and documentation for all candidates
- Assist with employer branding and initiatives aimed at attracting talent
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably over 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, including those who have completed recruitment internships
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is favored
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrates creativity, determination, patience, sociability, and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment practices
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
