Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position located in Qatar. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the comprehensive recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, interview facilitation, to final selection coordination for both client and internal openings. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand manpower demands, define job specifications, and formulate recruitment strategies aligned with HR consulting initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment life cycle including job advertisements, candidate screening, and shortlisting.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels like job boards, social media, and professional referrals.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and assist with necessary documentation.
- Ensure recruitment procedures comply with corporate policies and standards.
- Support employer branding efforts and cooperate with various departments to fulfill staffing objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Solid expertise in talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Previous exposure to HR consulting, workforce planning, or HR operations is advantageous.
- Skilled in using digital recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal relations skills.
- Effective organizational abilities and capability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and labor market dynamics in Qatar or the broader Middle East region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
