About the Role
This opportunity is offered through a partner company seeking a Recruiter based in Australia. The role provides a chance to work in an international, collaborative environment, managing the entire recruitment cycle and attracting top-tier talent across diverse global markets.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring professionals while working closely with internal teams. This position combines strategic sourcing, relationship management, and practical recruitment execution, contributing to refining hiring processes, improving candidate experiences, and supporting business expansion through talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer handling, and onboarding coordination.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels such as recruitment platforms, networking, and direct search.
- Conduct thorough candidate research and headhunting across various countries and talent pools.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Maintain precise hiring pipelines and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems.
- Review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates, and deliver prompt feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, set expectations, and enable sound hiring decisions.
- Ensure consistent, structured interview processes among teams.
- Provide recruitment guidance and interviewer training when necessary.
- Support recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, customizing sourcing strategies per business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on IT roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment involving sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Expertise in direct sourcing, headhunting techniques, and recruitment technologies.
- Sound knowledge of the IT talent market including technical vocabulary.
- Experience recruiting for diverse roles including finance, marketing, and legal non-technical positions.
- Competence in partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment approaches.
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills enabling trust-building with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational ability managing multiple simultaneous recruitment openings.
- Self-driven, attentive to detail, and results oriented.
- Adaptive and able to resolve challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Background in iGaming recruitment or sourcing candidates via industry events is an advantage.
