The Recruiter position at Citian is crucial for sourcing and securing exceptional talent to strengthen high-performing teams, especially within the Go-To-Market (GTM) area. This role requires managing the entire recruitment cycle, performing candidate evaluations and interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers while representing the company brand externally. The position is hybrid for candidates based in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for multiple departments including GTM Sales, Customer Success, and other corporate roles.
• Develop and distribute customized job descriptions designed to attract a broad and diverse spectrum of talent.
• Employ diverse recruiting methodologies such as online platforms and social media channels to source candidates across a variety of job functions.
• Perform candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to comprehend staffing requirements and devise targeted recruitment strategies.
• Maintain job postings across different platforms including LinkedIn, university job boards, and social networks.
• Ensure candidates experience a positive and professional recruitment journey from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience conducting full-cycle recruitment, preferably within SaaS or Government Technology sectors.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices, legal requirements, and employment systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities to effectively convey the company’s value proposition.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse.
