Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with local businesses to identify present and upcoming workforce demands.
• Engage with young individuals to assess their employment objectives, skills, and career ambitions.
• Design customized reverse marketing strategies that address both candidates' goals and employer requirements.
• Effectively promote candidates' strengths and transferable skills to employers to facilitate placements.
• Create job opportunities via innovative job creation and job carving initiatives.
• Prospect and engage a diverse range of local employers to expand the recruitment network.
• Advocate for wage subsidies, incentives, and supportive employment services aligned with employer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Employment Coaches to prepare candidates for lasting employment success.
• Maintain a management system for employer relationships, job vacancies, placements, and employment prospects.
• Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets in a dynamic work environment.
• Secure sustainable employment outcomes that positively influence young lives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background in recruitment, sales, business development, labour hire, account management, or employment services with a focus on performance and relationship cultivation.
• Skilled in identifying opportunities and matching individuals to appropriate roles.
• Experience in reverse marketing candidates or selling services to employers or clients.
• Confident interfacing with decision-makers and influencing recruitment decisions.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving KPIs and business goals.
• Creative thinker capable of developing employment solutions through innovative job creation techniques.
