Job Overview

We invite candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) finance processes to join our team based in Hyderabad. This is a walk-in hiring event scheduled for 12th August 2026, targeted at professionals with a background in F&A, preferably RTR.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review journal entries and accrual postings.
• Manage fixed assets accounting activities.
• Handle high-risk reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide timely updates and communication regarding process issues and risks.
• Review and resolve open accounting items swiftly.
• Conduct bank account reconciliations excluding accounts payable and receivable bank accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented approach to work.
• Familiarity with Oracle applications is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Visual Basic or Macro programming is advantageous.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
