About the Role
Shruti Property Consultancy in Jamshedpur is seeking a female Receptionist Cum Office Assistant to serve as a Consular cum Coordinator. The position requires excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a friendly, presentable demeanor. Candidates should have good knowledge of Jamshedpur city and its properties, hold a graduation degree, and be proficient in Hindi and English.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a communication link between clients and property landlords.
- Facilitate negotiations and deals between involved parties.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- A graduation degree is required.
- Previous experience in a related position is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Jamshedpur real estate market is essential.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Details
- Location: 108, 1st Floor, Kadir Market, beside Milkhiram Market, opposite Sakchi Gurudwara, Sakchi, Jamshedpur.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
