Role overview
The spa and nail shop is looking for a careful, customer-friendly receptionist to be the first person clients and visitors meet. This person should greet everyone politely, speak clearly, and help keep the front desk running smoothly.
Key duties
- Welcome visitors and clients as the main front-desk contact.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the right person or department.
- Support guests by answering questions about services and products offered at the spa.
- Schedule and manage appointments and reservations.
- Provide general clerical help when needed, including work with Excel sheets.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant work experience is required.
- A calm, positive attitude is important.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are needed.
