Role Overview
The Reception Officer is responsible for warmly greeting visitors and clients, providing helpful responses to their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate staff member as necessary. The role also includes managing all incoming calls by answering queries or transferring calls to the relevant employees.
Additionally, the officer will log visitor details, assist in connecting them to the correct departments, and manage the mail system by receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing mail across different organizational units. Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area is essential, along with handling other reception-related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have completed Secondary School education.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Age must be between 18 and 30 years.
- Applicants must be UAE nationals.
