Role Overview
The Quick Commerce Specialist role, stationed full-time on-site in Chandigarh, is responsible for managing and improving rapid order processing and fulfillment on quick commerce platforms. The specialist will oversee product listings, inventory management, order tracking, and coordination with warehouses and delivery personnel to ensure timely and precise dispatch of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and inventory status across quick commerce channels.
- Monitor and track order flow, ensuring smooth operations between warehouse and delivery teams.
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and visibility enhancements to increase sales conversions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to support campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare detailed performance reports regularly to inform continuous process and strategy improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong grasp of commerce and quick commerce business models, especially online retail operations.
- Analytical aptitude for interpreting sales figures, platform metrics, and operational data.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination with internal teams, platform partners, and customers.
- Proven customer service skills to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Sales abilities including upselling, cross-selling, and executing promotions on digital platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, order management systems, and proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite work environment in Chandigarh and manage multiple responsibilities within deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred; previous experience in e-commerce or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
Experience and Location
The role requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and is based in Zirakpur with work onsite in Chandigarh.
Compensation
The salary range is 20,000 to 45,000 INR CTC per month.
