Job Overview

The selected professional will oversee all contractual and financial operations related to construction initiatives. Responsibilities span cost estimation, budget oversight, and guaranteeing adherence to project specifications and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Duties

• Draft and assess cost estimates and financial plans for projects.
• Track and regulate expenses to maintain budgetary compliance.
• Implement risk assessment, value management, and cost control strategies.
• Develop tender and contract documents, including detailed bills of quantities.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and project managers to facilitate seamless project progress.
• Assess and negotiate contract change orders and claims.
• Offer guidance on contractual claims and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possesses a minimum of five years' expertise in quantity surveying, specifically within the oil and gas EPC industry.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and project management methodologies.
• Exhibits strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude.
• Skilled in relevant software, including MS Office and project management applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with negotiation proficiency.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
