Quality Expert Reviewer - Portuguese Speaker (Evening Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Expert Reviewer fluent in Portuguese for an evening shift position based in Dublin City Centre. This role involves supporting the quality assessment of content moderation workflows for a global client, ensuring adherence to policies and cultural sensitivities.

Location and Working Hours

• Onsite at Dublin city centre, no remote work option available.
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Evening shifts scheduled between 16:30 and 01:30, flexible across Monday to Sunday.

Compensation and Contract Details

• Annual salary: €42,667.
• Permanent contract.
• Comprehensive four-week on-site training program.

Eligibility and Compliance

• Must provide proof of previous experience in content moderation.
• Valid and long-term right to work in Ireland required; no employment permit sponsorship.
• Background checks including criminal record, credit, right to work, and others as relevant.
• No leave or holiday requests permitted within the first eight weeks of employment to ensure full training participation.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for quality reviews across multiple client workflows managed by the client's global operations and special operations teams. Primary duties include:

• Content moderation spanning sensitive topics such as violence threats, self-harm promotion, criminal activities, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, child exploitation, pornography, sexual solicitation, among others.
• Verification of identity through ID review and authenticity/access processes.
• Managing and resolving escalation cases.
• Supporting specialized focus areas such as viral/meme content (HERO) and dangerous organizations (DOI).
