Overview
This opportunity is offered in partnership with a hiring company in the United States seeking a Quality & Compliance Administrator PMO. The role is designed to bolster operational excellence by overseeing quality management, compliance efforts, and project management office governance within complex technology and government-related programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including ensuring all documentation, policies, procedures, and templates are controlled and up to date.
- Oversee document review cycles, approval workflows, version control, and updates to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Track and facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to drive organizational continuous improvement.
- Support adherence to relevant compliance frameworks such as CMMI, CMMC, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001.
- Maintain compliance evidence repositories, coordinate evidence gathering, and assist in audit preparations.
- Monitor remediation plans, gap analysis, and compliance enhancement programs.
- Manage tracking of government contract deliverables, reporting obligations, milestones, SLAs, KPIs, and ensure Quality Control Plan adherence.
- Assist in contract lifecycle activities including project initiation, transitions, and closures.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, prepare related documentation, track audit findings, and facilitate resolution until closure.
- Ensure project documentation meets completeness, quality standards, and aligns with PMO requirements.
- Support governance review activities, project health assessments, lessons learned exercises, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, generate compliance metrics, and produce executive summaries to promote transparency in operational performance.
- Maintain centralized knowledge bases ensuring proper documentation retention in compliance with policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in PMO, quality management, compliance, or program management roles.
- Experience working with government contracts and understanding associated operational compliance needs.
- Strong expertise in document management, process standardization, and governance frameworks.
- Skilled in coordinating audits, compliance tasks, evidence collection, and certification processes.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, managing multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Preferred familiarity with compliance standards including ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, CMMI, CMMC, NIST 800-171, and NIST 800-53.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, or Smartsheet is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and accuracy.
