Job Overview
We are seeking a Purchase Executive dedicated to overseeing labour contracts and the procurement of job work. This role entails handling all facets of sourcing and negotiating with labour contractors to fulfill company requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with labour contractors to solicit and evaluate quotations.
- Issue work orders and coordinate procurement activities with various internal teams.
- Monitor the execution of contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant labour regulations.
- Verify completion of work according to standards and timelines.
- Manage and process bills from contractors in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in labour contract procurement, preferably within manufacturing or construction sectors. Strong abilities in negotiation, vendor management, and interdepartmental coordination are critical for success in this position.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 25000 and 30000 INR.
