Project MEP Head

Role Overview

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project MEP Head to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing function for the SBG portfolio in Riyadh. The role is focused on shaping MEP direction, strengthening execution standards, and ensuring systems are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and roll out the MEP strategy for the SBG business so it supports core business objectives, sustainability commitments, and operational excellence.
• Manage planning activities, review and validate designs, secure technical approvals, and monitor execution for MEP disciplines such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, building management systems, and ELV systems across projects.
• Coordinate MEP integration with structural, architectural, and finishing activities by working closely with all relevant teams during design and delivery.
• Set uniform technical standards, drawing requirements, and quality expectations across projects to maintain consistency, safety, and dependable performance.
• Promote value engineering, energy-saving solutions, and smart technology adoption in MEP design and installation to lower total lifecycle cost and improve environmental outcomes.
