Role Overview

NAGA is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take charge of the planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural and engineering projects across disciplines. This role involves controlling scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication with all stakeholders to make sure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, technical coordination, and client-facing abilities, along with a track record of guiding complex projects from concept through construction documentation and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct architectural and multi-disciplinary projects from initial stage through final completion.
• Create and manage project schedules, execution plans, and resource plans.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, urban planners, and specialist consultants at each project stage.
• Track progress, flag risks early, and apply practical mitigation measures to keep delivery on track.
• Oversee budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and overall project performance.
• Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Run project meetings, design coordination sessions, and progress reviews.
• Confirm that design outputs align with project brief, local authority rules, and company quality expectations.
• Check project documents for correctness, completeness, and internal consistency.
• Manage submissions and approvals with the relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Draft project reports, status summaries, meeting notes, and executive-level presentations.
• Assist with contract administration and track project changes when needed.
• Guide junior colleagues and encourage cross-disciplinary teamwork.
• Ensure delivery follows company processes, quality benchmarks, and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy.
• Background in hospitality, residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master-planned developments is expected.
• Experience in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage.
