Role Purpose
This position for a Project Manager is a mid-level role aimed at supporting key strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and aiding sales execution within the Commercial Organization. Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or related area.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project/program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, or business operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Able to independently prioritize work and resolve issues with sound judgment.
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity, excellent organizational and communication skills, analytic mindset, sense of ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
