Overview

This position involves partnering deeply with district leadership, school administrators, and teachers to ensure educational programs are implemented as intended, supporting the district’s vision and goals with comprehensive on-site and remote support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions to establish goals, conduct planning meetings at school sites, and recommend effective implementation models to ensure program success and sustainable district-wide adoption.
  • Oversee the rollout of programs across multiple district locations aligning activities with district objectives, schedules, and expectations.
  • Conduct visits at the site, classroom, and grade levels to monitor program execution, identify growth areas, and deliver targeted assistance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related fields; Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in program implementation support, instructional coaching, professional development facilitation, and school or district improvement efforts.
  • Skilled in delivering professional development and coaching educators and administrators.
  • In-depth understanding of curriculum alignment, standards frameworks, best instructional practices, and data-driven decision processes.
  • Experience interpreting educational data and creating reports to enhance instruction and outcomes.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives, maintain project documentation, and meet set deadlines.
  • Proven success collaborating with school and district leaders to foster effective program adoption and execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Experience supporting diverse learner groups including Special Education, RTI, and English Learners is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and committed to aiding others’ success.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role based in California, requiring authorization to work for any U.S. employer and willing to travel up to 75% of the time. It is a Project Status Worker position with an anticipated end date of July 31, 2027.
