Project Coordinator - Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a leading Interior Fit Out company based in Dubai, UAE. The role involves close collaboration between design offices, site execution teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of interior fit out projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, master schedules, and detailed micro-plans for interior fit out works.
• Serve as the daily liaison among design teams, site engineers, MEP teams, procurement, and client representatives.
• Manage follow-ups on material submissions, shop drawing approvals, RFIs, and vendor delivery timelines.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports, labor updates, and management information system (MIS) reports to senior management.
• Oversee and maintain all project documentation including drawings, minutes of meetings (MOM), permits, inspection requests, and snag lists.
• Participate in client coordination meetings, internal reviews, and safety meetings, documenting and distributing minutes accordingly.
• Monitor site progress against planned schedules, identify delays, raise alerts, and contribute towards resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience within the UAE or GCC in Interior Fit Out, Joinery, or commercial construction projects.
• Proficient knowledge of interior finish systems, MEP coordination, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and compliance with UAE construction standards.
• Familiarity with software such as MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, and AutoCAD; basic Revit knowledge is an asset.
• Strong communication abilities, effective vendor coordination, multitasking prowess, and reporting skills.
• Possession of a valid UAE residence visa is preferred; candidates currently employed in UAE must have a transferable visa or NOC.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000.
