About Sadeem
Sadeem is a dynamic innovation and creative hub based in Abu Dhabi that offers programs, workshops, and events catering to creators, entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses, and the wider local community.
Role Overview
This position involves planning and overseeing Sadeem’s programs while cultivating partnerships with government bodies, corporations, academic institutions, sponsors, experts, and other organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes for workshops and events.
- Manage program coordination from conception through execution and evaluation phases.
- Administer and update Sadeem’s monthly and quarterly program schedules.
- Identify and engage potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentation materials, and support meeting preparations.
- Collaborate with trainers, speakers, mentors, and external delivery partners effectively.
- Organize partner meetings and actively track follow-ups on commitments and agreed actions.
- Maintain records of partnership opportunities, proposals, sponsorship approvals, and ongoing negotiations.
- Monitor program attendance, gather participant feedback, assess outcomes, and track key performance indicators.
- Work closely with community, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in program coordination, partnership development, business development, or stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record in planning and executing programs, workshops, or events.
- Experience interfacing with government, semi-government, corporate, educational, cultural, or community organizations within the UAE.
- Skilled in preparing clear and professional proposals, presentations, budgets, timelines, and reports.
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the UAE market and professional environment.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Availability to work full-time based in Abu Dhabi.
- Experience in creative industries, culture, tourism, innovation, entrepreneurship, youth development, or technology will be considered an advantage.
