Role overview

This opportunity is for a Program Manager supporting a healthcare client in Boston, Massachusetts. The position is tied to a strategic education effort designed to strengthen the organization’s position as a worldwide leader in oncology education.

The selected professional will act as the main coordination point across several education-related workstreams. The work will focus on keeping initiatives aligned, moving execution forward, and helping the organization meet important goals such as accreditation, program expansion, and future revenue growth.

The role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across Continuing Professional Education (CPE), Graduate Medical Education (GME), and Undergraduate Medical Education (UME). A key part of the job is helping build a connected, scalable digital environment that supports program operations and learner experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program management, transformation, or strategic initiative leadership.
• Demonstrated success working across functions and coordinating many stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
• Comfort working in unclear or fast-changing settings while creating structure and keeping work on track.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar education technology platforms.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $55 to $70 per hour. Final compensation may differ depending on experience, skills, education, location, and internal pay considerations.
