Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the operations of a continuous tyre pyrolysis plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous manufacturing or process industries, with specific preference for those experienced in tyre pyrolysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise round-the-clock production operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead and organize production teams and manage shift schedules effectively.
- Meet established production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate upkeep activities.
- Uphold safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and ensure process efficiency.
- Oversee and monitor plant performance through PLC/SCADA systems.
- Implement initiatives for continuous process enhancement and cost reduction.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production disciplines.
- Demonstrate 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience in continuous manufacturing or process industries.
- Experience with tyre pyrolysis operations is favored but not mandatory.
Preferred Industry Experience
Ideal candidates will have expertise in sectors such as Tyre Pyrolysis, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Cement, Steel, or Waste Recycling industries.
Compensation Details
The position offers a monthly salary range of INR 20,000 to 25,000.
