Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via inbound phone calls and live chat, ensuring efficient issue resolution and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to biometric devices, including diagnosing hardware malfunctions, system errors, and configuration problems.
- Provide clear, stepwise guidance to users, particularly those with limited technical background, and coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve persistent or complicated issues.
- Assist clients in installing hardware products and setting up associated software tools, including supporting software upgrades, patches, and updates remotely or verbally.
- Ensure all installation and upgrade activities conform to company standards and software compatibility criteria.
Candidate Requirements
- Fundamental computer skills and knowledge related to computer networking are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken Hindi.
- No prior professional experience is required as this position is suited for freshers.

- Salary offered ranges between INR 280,000 and INR 430,000 annually.
