Product Quality Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Quality Analyst to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This remote role involves dedicating between 10 to 40 hours per week to ensure that AI product outputs are thoroughly validated from the user experience perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess AI product outputs focused on user experience.
• Analyze evaluation tasks to uncover issues affecting product safety, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to establish and enhance product validation criteria and standards.
• Convert user feedback into concrete insights to improve accuracy, safety, and usability of products.
• Clearly document findings and suggestions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track product usage patterns to anticipate risks or user experience problems proactively.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of validation processes and assessment methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background in product validation, user experience evaluation, or similar fields.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Skilled in designing and applying structured evaluation frameworks and criteria.
• Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail for spotting risks and usability issues.
• Effective collaborator in cross-functional and remote work settings.
• Competence in documenting complex insights in an actionable and easily understandable manner.
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-moving projects and changing product requirements.
