Product Pre-Sales Manager

Job Overview

As a Product Pre-Sales Manager at Dahua Technology Co. LTD based in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with sales efforts for advanced video surveillance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and verify detailed technical materials to support new product launches.
• Represent products professionally at industry trade exhibitions and events.
• Act as a strategic and technical consultant to the sales team by providing recommendations tailored to customer requirements and solution capabilities.
• Prepare and regularly update comprehensive technical documents, specifications, and product overviews.
• Conduct comparative testing of Dahua and competitor cameras to craft compelling marketing messages that highlight product value.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related engineering discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Have a minimum of two years' experience in technical sales, sales support, sales engineering, or product marketing within the video surveillance sector.
• Skilled in producing visual content and communicating technical messages effectively.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of premium CCTV solutions including storage, transmission, intercom, and access control systems.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as video editing software, Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in competitor product testing to inform marketing initiatives.
