Product Owner (Junior & Manager Levels)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-focused Product Owners at both junior and managerial tiers to join our fully remote team based in Germany. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams and overseeing product requirements to convert business needs into effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and clearly communicate the product vision, objectives, and priorities
• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog reflecting both business and customer demands
• Collect, analyze, and thoroughly document product requirements from various stakeholders
• Generate and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications
• Collaborate extensively with developers, designers, project managers, business analysts, and relevant stakeholders
• Track product performance metrics, user feedback, and key indicators
• Identify and advocate for product enhancements and optimizations
• Support all stages of product lifecycle including planning, development, testing, and successful delivery
• Facilitate clear communication between business units and technical teams
• Ensure product initiatives align effectively with overarching business goals

Candidate Requirements

• Open to candidates ranging from junior to managerial levels
• Prior experience in product management, product ownership, project management, business analysis, or related areas
• Solid understanding of product development and Agile framework
• Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing tasks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Adept at translating business requirements into actionable product specifications
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English required
• Residency in Germany with legal authorization for full-time employment
• Capability to perform effectively in a fully remote work setup
