Role Overview

As Synthflow grows, there is a critical need for a Product Operations Intern to assist the product team with various functions such as tool management, data analysis, documentation, and cross-team collaboration. This role offers valuable experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Design teams within a dynamic AI company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the product team's technology stack, including platforms like Linear, Notion, and PostHog, along with workflow improvements.
• Develop and support dashboards and reports tracking product engagement, feature usage, and critical business metrics.
• Assist with managing release processes including updates to changelogs and team communications.
• Organize and update roadmaps, tickets, and project documentation regularly.
• Collect, organize, and synthesize feedback from customers, sales teams, and research efforts to support product insights.
• Create and maintain process documentation, meeting records, and best practices for team efficiency.
• Support onboarding and upkeep of internal knowledge resources.
• Contribute to operational, analytical, and cross-functional projects within the product organization.

Candidate Profile

• Between zero and two years of experience in fields like operations, customer success, consulting, business analysis, or project coordination; recent graduates are welcome.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to optimize workflows and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills enabling collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, curious, and driven to learn how scalable products are developed in fast-paced startup settings.
• Preferably knowledge of tools such as Notion, Linear, Jira, PostHog, Airtable, and experience with data analysis, SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or automation tools.
