About MOIA and the Role

Become a key contributor to the future of autonomous mobility with MOIA, a leader in electric ride-pooling and autonomous driving solutions, having transported millions across Europe. Join the Web Platform team within the Backoffice Platform division, where you will help develop and maintain critical B2B applications including the customer-facing Backoffice and the internal Admin Panel used for managing all aspects of customer and vehicle lifecycle operations.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will ensure the platform's coherence by streamlining common functionalities such as user management and compliance processes, enabling domain teams to innovate and deliver faster while maintaining simplicity and robustness. Your performance will be evaluated by the success of the teams your platform supports.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of MOIA's transition from a B2C to a B2G2C licensing model and incorporate findings into product planning.
• Create and manage a focused, balanced product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate extensively with technical leads, cross-functional teams such as Tech Sales and Account Management, and external partners to bridge customer needs with internal capabilities.
• Facilitate ideation and communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Own and enhance platform features including GDPR-compliant user management and a reusable design system to ensure consistent UI development.
• Support the growth and capability enhancement of the Admin Panel covering customer and vehicle lifecycle management, operational support, and V&V activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic product professional comfortable engaging with technical experts, adept at handling complex strategic challenges and stakeholder management in a dynamic environment. You should excel at balancing business, user, and stakeholder requirements to align prioritization effectively.

• Experience partnering with technical teams to create viable solutions, preferably with platform teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences.
• A visionary mindset with commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; willingness to learn and hands-on involvement in development are advantages.
