Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will lead a diverse cross-functional team including Product, User Experience, Engineering, and Data Science professionals to tackle business challenges and execute our product strategy effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and advancing products by harmonizing business and technical requirements, analyzing data on customers and products, translating customer feedback into actionable plans, crafting rollout strategies, and managing associated risks.
• Leading the discovery process to identify customer needs, growth opportunities, and pain points.
• Utilizing analytics to extract insights from current product performance focused on user metrics improvement.
• Coordinating development milestones with the Scrum team, ensuring stakeholder agreement, and achieving targeted business outcomes.
• Providing contextual business and market information to the development team for informed decision-making.
• Prioritizing the product backlog for development efforts.
• Interacting with clients to gather and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
• Preparing comprehensive product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating refinement sessions and sprint planning meetings.
• Conducting demos for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Developing product documentation such as release notes, FAQs, and launch briefs.
• Participating in commercialization activities, go-to-market strategies, and acquisition integrations for Relias products.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of product management practices within the Relias platform.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in providing solutions to business challenges, evaluating risks, and using data to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, and leadership teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, user experience, and customer discovery processes.
• Proven expertise in feature and business planning along with launching new products in the market.
• Familiarity with business needs across internal teams such as sales, engineering, and marketing.
• Understanding of modern technologies applicable to solving challenges in healthcare business sectors.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals under minimal supervision by driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of conducting efficient meetings.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to influence and achieve results collaboratively.
• At least two years of product management experience within SaaS and/or healthcare industries.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, a technical field, or healthcare specialization is advantageous.
