As a member of the SeaTalk Product team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI engineering teams across Sea. Your responsibilities encompass not only developing core collaboration and enterprise management features but also engaging in AI-related projects to advance SeaTalk’s capabilities.

Job Description

The Product Manager for SeaTalk will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and iteration—and explore innovative AI solutions to improve SeaTalk.

Key Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive ownership of specific SeaTalk product domains, including conducting user research, defining issues and requirements, collaborating on design, managing delivery coordination, and monitoring the product’s impact post-launch.
• Analyze the needs of diverse enterprise stakeholders such as HR, IT, management, developers, compliance, and employees, translating these into detailed product specifications and workflows.
• Investigate how AI technologies (e.g., AI agent, copilot, advanced search, summarization) can enhance user experience and productivity, introducing relevant pilots within SeaTalk.
• Develop and improve the SeaTalk Open Platform, enabling internal and external developers to integrate their services and utilize AI capabilities from Sea's ecosystem where appropriate.
• Implement systematic, scalable solutions to complex enterprise issues related to employee management, office automation, and governance.
• Collaborate and align with key stakeholders—including users, customers, designers, technical teams, security, and compliance—to ensure clear understanding and execution of product vision, goals, and timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills to deconstruct ambiguous and complex problems into testable hypotheses, clear user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Inherent curiosity about AI with a proactive attitude toward experimenting with new technologies and understanding their application in practical product scenarios.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders including business, product, engineering, design, and data teams.
• Adaptability and openness to change, with comfort handling ambiguity.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, or business process modeling and enhancement is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to instant messaging platforms, B2B software, SaaS, AI technologies, or open platform products is considered a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
