Key Responsibilities
- Manage DocuWare's integration with networks facilitating electronic invoice exchanges, collaborating closely with engineering, UX, and compliance experts.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and timelines to ensure customers meet e-invoicing standards using DocuWare.
- Understand and empathize with user challenges and daily tasks to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Conduct customer feedback collection and data analysis to guide effective decision-making.
- Define precise requirements reflecting customer problems and needs.
- Develop strategic short-, mid-, and long-term product roadmaps and lead the team by setting goals and KPIs.
- Foster constructive and inclusive collaboration within product teams, serving as an interface for stakeholders.
- Work closely with software developers and UX specialists to implement products under the SCRUM framework.
Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of e-invoicing processes and standards such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, FatturaPA, and Factur-X.
- Ability to clearly explain differences between PEPPOL, SDI, Chorus Pro, and FACe.
- Proven product management experience with software products; B2B software background is advantageous.
- Experience working within agile settings, ideally as a SCRUM Product Owner.
- Enthusiasm for engaging directly with end-users to design solutions aligned with their needs.
- Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented approach, and readiness to assume responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex information.
- High social competence and teamwork capability.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
