Key Responsibilities

• Establish product vision, define success indicators, and prioritize strategic initiatives for AI-driven product features in close partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Guide product planning and prioritization processes while fostering alignment with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of autonomous AI experiences, determining AI agent operation, decision-making models, and building user confidence in live environments.
• Carry out ongoing user research with engineers, SREs, and platform users to identify pain points, test hypotheses, and refine product directions.
• Contribute to commercial expansion through input on packaging, pricing, customer engagement, technical demos, and facilitating enterprise-level adoption.
• Serve as a product ambassador externally by engaging in customer discussions, industry events, technical communities, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate extensively with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user interfaces, balancing innovation with usability and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with a proven record of delivering impactful results and orchestrating cross-functional teams.
• Background in launching AI, machine learning, large language model, or software products within active production environments, with awareness of challenges like model evaluation, performance, reliability, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills enabling alignment among engineers, designers, executives, and users around a unified vision.
• Strong product intuition with the capacity to design intuitive and trustworthy user experiences for complex technical solutions.
