Procurement Specialist (Spanish)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing complete procurement processes and purchase order creation for international clientele. The candidate will be responsible for supply chain validations and addressing vendor inquiries, ensuring effective communication in Spanish. The position requires strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), especially during night shift rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement operations including purchase order generation for global clients.
• Validate supply chain processes and resolve vendor-related queries efficiently.
• Maintain fluent Spanish communication in both written and spoken forms to liaise with international stakeholders.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SLAs while working during rotational night shifts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in BPO procurement or supply chain management environments.
• Proficient written and spoken Spanish language skills.
• Strong knowledge of purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processing.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage SLAs and work in night shift rotations.
