Procurement Specialist

Overview

We seek experienced Procurement Specialists to contribute to infrastructure and road project efforts. Candidates must possess a relevant diploma or higher education and a solid background in procurement for construction or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and overseeing contracts with subcontractors.
• Managing supplier interactions, including pricing negotiations, quotation analysis, purchase order issuance, and ensuring on-time deliveries to project locations.
• Producing weekly and monthly procurement documentation and reports.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to guarantee availability of materials as per project schedules.
• Assessing supplier performance and ensuring adherence to the company's policies and standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• At least five years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or road-related projects.
• Hands-on experience engaging with subcontractors and suppliers covering contracts, negotiations, and delivery supervision.
• Knowledge of materials like asphalt, ready-mixed concrete, sand, reinforcement bars, water piping, valves, and site machinery.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP or procurement software systems.
• Possession of international procurement certifications such as CCMP, CIPM, or CIPP is highly advantageous.
