Role Overview
This opportunity is for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented and eager to begin their careers in accounts receivable operations. The position involves working in a US timing night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable activities accurately and efficiently.
- Work with the medical billing team to support timely invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Help create and apply methods to reduce pending receivables and strengthen cash flow.
- Partner with the customer service team to address customer questions and disagreements.
- Review financial information to spot patterns and identify improvement areas in the receivables workflow.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.
Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong English fluency and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Availability to work in a night shift is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is needed.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are important.
- The role is suitable for freshers.
