About the Company and Role
LeadFreak is seeking a Process Associate to join their team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role is based onsite at the Lal Kothi office and involves working from 3pm to 12am. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outreach and a strong grasp of using various platforms for sales and networking.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Conduct effective inside sales and lead generation activities.
- Utilize platforms as tools for sales and networking effectively.
- Create and manage personalized and engaging communication at scale.
- Use CRM software and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Employ outreach automation tools to enhance efficiency (preferred).
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outreach roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Work hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
- Work location: Office at Lal Kothi, Jaipur.
