As part of this vision, the Process Associate plays a vital role in ensuring customer orders are delivered timely and with high quality, focusing on guiding and mentoring associates to follow standardized workflows emphasizing safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily shift operations effectively.
Handle administrative tasks related to associates.
Assign jobs to associates according to operational needs.
Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety aspects.
Oversee count statuses and resolve issues in the queues.
Ensure shift quality and develop action plans accordingly.
Design and implement training and development programs for associates.
Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at respective workstations.
Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school education or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for over a year.
