Overview
This role is being offered on behalf of our partner company, focused on leadership development within enterprises to enhance leaders' growth, performance, and preparedness for future challenges. The Principal Talent Assessment & Coaching Coordinator will oversee the organization and execution of leadership assessment and coaching initiatives that offer meaningful insights and development avenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete logistics of leadership assessments, including 360-degree feedback, leadership diagnostics, potential evaluations, scheduling, and tracking completion.
- Oversee timelines for assessments, coordinate communications, send reminders, and follow-up to guarantee successful program implementation.
- Ensure assessments are properly configured, administered, and completed via internal and external platforms.
- Maintain meticulous records, monitor participant engagement, and uphold data integrity and quality.
- Contribute to reporting by compiling assessment data, producing dashboards, and delivering insights supporting program delivery.
- Organize coaching sessions with scheduling, participant tracking, and monitoring progress.
- Bridge assessment results with leadership development activities effectively.
- Act as the main contact for participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders, providing prompt and helpful support.
- Collaborate with leadership development teams to align assessment and coaching efforts with program goals and timelines.
- Identify and implement enhancements to workflows, tools, templates, and operational processes for improved scalability and efficiency.
- Support ongoing improvement efforts aimed at heightening participant experience and advancing program effectiveness.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field plus 5 years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years relevant experience.
- Background in Talent Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or managing leadership programs.
- Proven skill in coordinating complex multi-step programs involving scheduling, communication, data monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a dedication to data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective support for diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with digital tools, reporting software, and program management systems.
- Analytical aptitude for organizing and interpreting data to inform decisions and enhance programs.
- Preferred experience with leadership assessments, coaching initiatives, or talent management.
- Familiarity with assessment platforms such as 360 feedback or leadership diagnostics is advantageous.
- Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, charts, and summaries derived from assessment data.
- Problem-solving oriented with a focus on process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary estimated between $85,600 and $128,400 per year, reflective of experience, skills, and regional factors.
