About the Role and Locations

We are seeking a seasoned Principal to oversee the comprehensive functioning of a CBSE-affiliated school. This leadership position demands accountability across academics, operations, student admissions, and personnel supervision. The role is available in multiple locations including Karnataka (Bengaluru - TC Palya near KR Puram, Begur before Electronic City), Tamil Nadu (Chennai RBG, Velachery), Maharashtra (Mumbai Region - Bhiwandi, Merul, Vandu; Nagpur (Pesa); Pune - Undri, Talegaon, Moshi, Gahunje).

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and lead academic strategies ensuring proper CBSE curriculum execution
• Enhance student achievement by conducting teacher training and performance assessment
• Manage day-to-day school operations including discipline enforcement and compliance adherence
• Administer admissions process, engage with parents, and maintain student retention
• Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of 50 to 100 employees
• Work collaboratively with marketing and operations divisions to facilitate school expansion

Candidate Requirements

• At least 15 years of academic experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving as a CBSE Principal
• Extensive knowledge of academic processes and operational management in school settings
• Proficiency in leading large, diverse teams with multiple functional duties
• Demonstrated success in boosting admissions and enhancing parent satisfaction
• Strong leadership qualities, communication abilities, and stakeholder relationship management
• Familiarity with digital productivity tools, including Google Workspace and basic Excel
• Postgraduate degree or higher qualification

• Job includes an attractive annual salary range between ₹1,840,000 and ₹2,300,000
