Role Overview
In the position of Principal Associate within Hyperlocal Planning, you will serve as a pivotal contributor to our Analytics and Supply Chain Management division. Your primary mandate involves managing the delicate balance of demand and supply for Myntra's hyperlocal business, utilizing data-driven approaches to elevate operational effectiveness and invent robust inventory management tactics.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the calibration of demand forecasting to maintain ideal stock availability and ensure seamless hyperlocal delivery service levels.
- Manage inventory planning cycles strategically to reduce stock shortages and handle inventory aging effectively.
- Apply advanced data analytics techniques to anticipate market trends, evaluate operational metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
- Enhance supply chain workflows to boost the speed and efficiency of hyperlocal distribution.
- Collaborate actively with SCM, Analytics, and Business Operations teams to synchronize planning activities with broader business goals.
Experience & Skills Required
- Professional experience ranging from five to ten years.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistical frameworks.
- Proven expertise in managing complex demand and inventory planning cycles.
- Strong analytical capability for deriving actionable insights from large volumes of data to inform business strategies.
- Demonstrated record of driving operational process improvements and scaling efficiencies.

- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse leadership teams.
