About the Role
We are searching for a seasoned Product Presales Consultant specializing in financials and supply chain technology to join our team and influence the advancement of our Financials & Supply solutions. In this capacity, you will collaborate directly with Sales to provide knowledgeable presales assistance by demonstrating and explaining our product suite to potential clients. Your guidance will help tailor the TechnologyOne platform to meet specific customer requirements, emphasizing the value our solutions offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal expert on financial and supply chain products, advising customers on optimal technology utilization within the TechnologyOne portfolio.
- Conduct presentations and live demonstrations showcasing in-depth knowledge of Financials and Supply Chain management solutions to prospective customers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the Sales department to cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients.
- Continuously monitor and enhance internal systems and procedures, providing leadership to identify improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in presales efforts including the preparation of comprehensive sales plans, proposals, and tailored customer presentations.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable success as a Presales Consultant with substantial expertise in financial and supply chain management.
- Excellent presentation capabilities, able to engage effectively with diverse audiences and field questions confidently during discussions.
- Collaborative nature with a strong preference for working across teams to achieve client-focused outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes spanning consulting, sales cycles, presentations, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Superior written and oral communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and building lasting relationships.
