Role Overview
The role involves collaborating closely with the Portfolio Manager to craft, apply, and execute investment strategies effectively. Daily monitoring and management of live portfolio risk is essential to maintain operations within set risk boundaries. The position also requires conducting research to generate new investment ideas and developing the related theses or models. Active participation in trading and execution activities is expected.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of five years' relevant experience, preferably within investment banking or a buy-side firm.
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in a specific asset class, financial product, or geographic region with capability in designing, implementing, and executing investment strategies.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and smooth collaboration.
