Role Overview

As a Pool and Beach Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the primary point of contact for guest interaction, acting as a Hospitality Ambassador representing the hotel’s commitment to exceptional service. Your role is vital in ensuring guests experience outstanding food and beverage service, contributing directly to their satisfaction and comfort at our outlets. Collaboration with all related departments is essential to maintain the smooth and efficient operation of the outlets.

You will possess thorough knowledge of the menu offerings, beverages, and hotel services, continually enhancing your professional capabilities to elevate guest experiences. Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment while safeguarding guest privacy are also key responsibilities.
