Job Overview
We are seeking an IT fresher with a Polytechnic or Diploma background in IT or Computer Science for a full-time position. This role involves providing fundamental IT support and resolving basic hardware and software challenges within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fundamental computer and IT support services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve elementary hardware and software issues.
- Install and update various software and applications.
- Assist employees with daily computer-related problems.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and system data records.
- Support the IT team in handling networking and system-related concerns.
- Perform routine checks on computers, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Adhere to company IT protocols and security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer operations.
- Familiarity with hardware and software fundamentals.
- Introductory knowledge of networking concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows operating systems.
- Eager to learn emerging technologies.
- Strong communication abilities and problem-solving aptitude.

Compensation
The remuneration offered ranges between 15000 to 20000 INR per month.
