Planner – Data Centres

Role overview

We are supporting a leading general contractor in Saudi Arabia in hiring an experienced Planner to help deliver major hyperscale data centre projects across the Kingdom. The first assignment will be in Riyadh, and the role offers the chance to join a high-performing team working on some of the region’s most technically complex developments.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and regularly revise detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build baseline programmes, recovery plans, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Track progress on site and flag schedule risks, slippages, and potential delays.
• Perform critical path analysis and propose practical mitigation actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates for senior leadership and the client.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep milestones on track.
• Contribute to planning tasks across the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Demonstrated background as a Planner working for a main contractor.
• Prior experience on data centre projects is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience delivering large construction projects at scale.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication abilities.
• Must be willing to work from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
