Role overview
Employment Plus is looking for two motivated, collaborative people to join its Claims and Wage Subsidy team in Blackburn, Melbourne. This position is primarily focused on supporting employers, including discussions around wage subsidies and checks on claims-related information and data.

- Work carefully through compliance checks on information and records.
- Use clear, professional communication and provide strong customer service in day-to-day interactions.
About you
You enjoy helping colleagues, participants, and employers work toward their goals. You are a collaborative team member with a friendly, approachable manner and a genuine willingness to learn. You are interested in building a long-term career in Employment Plus and the wider employment services sector.
Ideally, you hold a business qualification at Certificate III level or above and have some experience in employment services, including exposure to outcome claims, wage subsidies, and Department systems. That said, a strong desire to learn matters just as much, because full training will be provided.
You should bring strong communication skills, good numeracy, and confidence using Office 365. Success in this role also depends on being comfortable working in a team-based environment.
