Role Overview

This position is focused on securing placement opportunities in the BFSI sector for learners enrolled in the company’s training programs. The role involves managing end-to-end placements for candidates who are fit for placement and ensuring a steady pipeline of hiring opportunities.

Openings are available in Jaipur, Mohali, Indore, and Bangalore.

Compensation and Work Model

The role offers a salary of up to 5.2 LPA. It follows a 5.5-day working schedule with day shifts. The position is hybrid, and the candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings. Travel costs will be reimbursed by the company.

Business Connects and Drives

  • Build new BFSI hiring connections on a month-on-month basis.
  • Plan and conduct regular monthly visits to both current and potential hiring partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing hirers while expanding contact with prospective ones.
  • Ensure at least one to two placement drives are conducted every day.
  • Organize drives in the relevant area or district where candidates are available.
  • Keep all hiring connections active every quarter and ensure drives lead to successful outcomes.

Candidate Association

  • Share clear information about the job role, CTC, location, and interview venue/date with the placement coordinator so candidates can be aligned properly and pre-interview sessions can be arranged.
  • Ensure immediate result declaration after each drive and support candidates with documentation, offer processing, and onboarding wherever needed.
  • Manage candidate groups created by placement coordinators, respond to queries, and close them once offers are released.
  • Arrange candidate training and help them with final interview preparation, including tips and likely questions.
  • Collect feedback from HR and business teams and share it with relevant stakeholders.

Learning and Development

Support candidate readiness through training coordination, interview preparation, and last-minute guidance to improve drive success.

Measurement Metrics

  • Track budget versus achievement on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
  • Measure new business connections month on month.
  • Monitor the number of drives conducted each month.
  • Review drive-wise success percentage.
  • Submit monthly reports within three days after month-end.
  • Maintain records of offer letters issued and reconcile them with shortlisted candidates.
  • Generate at least two drives per student each month or five drives within three months.
