Placement Head

Overview

This full-time, on-site position for Placement Head is based in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on establishing and nurturing productive engagements with corporations and HR professionals to enhance placement opportunities for students.

Primary Duties

• Forge and sustain robust partnerships with companies, recruiters, and HR personnel.
• Source and onboard new corporate hiring partners to expand placement options.
• Organize and implement placement drives, recruitment activities, and interview arrangements.
• Liaise with organizations to clarify job needs, coordinate interviews, assessments, and employment offers.
• Provide guidance and coaching to students on career prospects and strategies for placement success.
• Arrange sessions focused on resume development, interview skills, aptitude, and communication.
• Maintain consistent communication channels between students, recruiters, and internal teams.
• Monitor placement metrics, schedule interviews, track selections, and joining updates.
• Meet established monthly and annual placement goals.
• Generate regular reports on placement outcomes and maintain comprehensive records.
• Keep abreast of evolving recruitment trends and industry demands.
• Represent the organization with professionalism during all corporate and placement-related engagements.
